Shirley Temple

This reminded me of the good "old" days. Rag Curls is what this is called. Just take strips of rags and wrap your daughters hair in sections wet or after you wrap her whole hair then spray it down with water. Let her sleep this was and in the morning you have a Shirley Temple doo. Eilish had fun running and jumping just to see her curls bounce. She is such a ham!!

Knotty Corkscrew

This one was also fun...Ok they all are. As you can see here. I just knotted her hair (tied knots in it) and then did a corkscrew ponytail. Very simple.

A Real Hair Bow

So, what do you think of this one? I love how it turned out. Who would of thought and it is so simple. You just pull the hair back into a ponytail, then you take out a small section and pin it on top of the head out of the way. Take your ponytail and split it in two. Take one end and wrap it around your hand in a big roll. Pin this to the head. Do the same on the other side. Take the small section you saved and make a small pin curl and bring it down over the center of the ponytail and pin the excess underneath out of the way. I hope I am explaining it well enough. If not take what I have said and look closely at the pictures. You will figure it out.

Criss, Cross Bun

Here is a fun one. The one thing I don't like, is most of these styles look like the same in front. Let's make sure when we are walking anywhere by a little girl, we look at the top of her head.
I will be posting more in a day or two, so check back. We have a Shirley Temple coming up (and for those of you who don't know Shirley Temple...go ask your mom).

I am Behind

OK, for any one out there in cyber space reading this, I have gotten far behind on posting hair designs. If for nothing else, Eilish loves knowing her pictures are on a blog.

How many braids are there? I say two (as they are folded in half), Eilish swears that there are four of them.

Web of Braids

I was not even going to post this one, yet you need to see the good, bad and ugly. I was goofing around one day and couldn't figure out what to do with her hair, so I started making braids all over the place. I then connected them just were ever and this is what we ended up with. At least the bow goes with the shirt.

Emma Smith design (according to Eilish)

The first thing Eilish said when she saw her hair, was that she looked like Emma Smith. I don't know where she is finding these goofy smiles. She is also wearing her "I am a Child of God" dress.
